Weekend: eventful!

Saturday: Anniversary celebrations wif my love soul_diaspora... 11 years happily married, and it's just a good start! \o/

Savoured a kind of dessert wine that I think will be a success with many of my regular readers... trockenbeerenauslese, the result of noble rot. It's not cheap (pricier than single malts on average by volume), but it's nice stuff.

Sunday: Relaxing after weeks of resume updating (anyone looking for a technical analyst, designer and team leader?), CanGames stuff, family stuff. Went to church and...

Whaddayamean I'm preaching next week?! No, I didn't get the e-mail... they sent it to my old account I guess.

It was concurrence on the idea that there should be a games day this Sunday.

But it was not an attempt to pre-empt your plan of running one. Your original post didn't sound like your were quite sure about you being ready to run one, so I wanted to make encouraging noises, but also suggest if you decided you didn't want to run one, I might do so instead.

I would be quite happy to attend a gaming day at your place.

Thinking about it further, I come to the conclusion that I would rather not take on the obligation... there is a lot going on right now (e.g. family stuff), and I may not be up for gaming all afternoon. So... tag, you're it?
