"All" he has to do is find glasses with smooth edges and fill them the right amount... with enough patience, you could probably make a little one with dagibbs' glassware supply.

You'd want the bottoms of the glasses all thoroughly held down, though.

True... there's not a lot of force acting to move them though, so a sticky mat might do the job.
