Having worked in the industry, I will say (at the risk of using a word that some find offensive) that there is a company of which I would believe this. We used to say that their slogan should be:
"XXXXX couriers, we pick up but we don't deliver and, by the way, fuck you."

Not that I know whether you mean DHL or not, but this sounds like the company should be called BHL: Black Hole Logistics.
