House update

We did the final house inspection yesterday; the bugs¹ found were generally pretty minor, although there is a certification that has to be settled quickly. Banking and insurance are in place, and today we meet with the lawyer to make sure everything is ready for possession tomorrow.

The amount of maintenance stuff to be done for the house is kinda daunting... fortunately, there are lists and how-tos provided. Still, it will consume some of that Copious Free Time I'm just rolling in.
