Gotye's song Somebody that I Used to Know has spawned innumerable covers, one of which I posted about a while back. Rather than exploding in litigation, Gotye has instead made a mashup of covers, which I think is an awesome response and thank-you to the fans.

Even better. Than the awesome video montage was the detailed credits which enables people to find any of the covers and parodies. He not only gave everyone's name and link, he did it :
1 in order of appearance.
2 with time stamp notation of his montage for easy locating
3 identified where it appeared on the screen
4 repeated this info for each time a video was used.

So cool.
