Transliterated, the whole thing reads, "Megalunei e psyche mou ton kurion kai egalliasen to pneuma mou epi to theo to soteri mou." Gradually, I'm getting better at saying that, since quite a few people ask what it says. (There are two kinds of 'e's and 'o's, since epsilon and eta, and omicron and omega, are pronounced differently.)
Of course, a lot of people don't seem to know quite how to react to it, too.
