It's-a TOO so bad. However, you have successfully cured my not wanting to go out, since I now want to go kick your ass for trying to pretend this weather is in any way reasonable. ;)
Well in all seriousness, I'm spending the morning outdoors moving heavy objects in the cold, so my attendance will pretty much depend on how much defrosting I turn out to need before feeling human again. Unfortunately I can't predict that until it happens. I am hoping to stop by, but can't promise.
I don't think it's specifically prohibited, but a police officer might charge you with dangerous driving or something, unless you could find a way to convince them to let you off the hook...
