Bah it turns out they are called something silly like

Icehouse Rainbow Treehouse set. If I'm interested in buying them, I am interested in buying 5 sets, but it depends on the pre-discount unit price.

Dagibbs has some. apart from being intrinsically interesting because they are colourful little pyramids, akawil suggested that I should use them to play Martian chess.
