I would be less worried about the exhaust than about the smoke and particulates from the tire friction.

Yeah, the burning rubber is going to be a lot more noxious than the car exhaust.

Does look like fun -- but a bit hard on the tires.
I liked the really-big "parking" brake lever he had -- so he could do a really solid brake on just the rear tires.

Tires are made to be expendable, right? Heck, the rims probably won't be in fantastic shape either.

Yeah, rims are made to be expendable, too.
Hm... he has paddle shifters, but also three pedals -- normally clutch, brake, gas -- but if paddle-shifting wouldn't need a clutch. Unless also has clutch, in case he wants to play with traction? Might need it.
