At least in my opinion, this is very nice. Smooth (the Licor 43 and cream) and spicy (the ginger wine), hiding the alcohol underneath.
4 parts brandy
5 parts Licor 43
2 parts Stone's ginger wine
6 parts table cream
Shake moderately with ice and strain into chilled glass.
