Another mixing success

At least in my opinion, this is very nice. Smooth (the Licor 43 and cream) and spicy (the ginger wine), hiding the alcohol underneath.

4 parts brandy
5 parts Licor 43
2 parts Stone's ginger wine
6 parts table cream

Shake moderately with ice and strain into chilled glass.

I don't know what Licor 43 is, but the mix does sound interesting.

It's a Spanish liqueur which came on the market relatively recently, although it claims an old heritage. The strongest single taste is vanilla, but it is more complex and less sweet than Galliano.
