It looks cool....but it also looks CG to me...

I'm pretty sure it isn't, given both the accompanying text and the assorted imperfections (slight burrs around drilled holes, not-quite-level turntable, ball trajectories in the funnels, lighting characteristics, uneven edges) which CG really isn't good at. Taken individually, they might be possible, but it would probably be more work to get that level of finesse into a CG than to build the real thing!
