Almost gone

Tomorrow we leave for Hatteras, so I'll be incommunicado for a week... if there's anything you really want me to read before then, reply here or mail me at my doe account Soon!

We went birding this morning, and saw a good variety of species, including 4 lifers for soul_diaspora. The most visually striking was the Blue Grosbeak, I think.

Good Mexican food here is generally much easier to find than in Ottawa... even the fast food burrito (Chipotle's) beat most of what I can find back home. *burp* Mmm, frijoles neros!

It's Saturday. Sleepy is fine... I took a nice siesta after lunch, and won't be going to bed too late tonight either. (A martini, a glass of chardonnay, and an espresso martini may have something to do with that.)

Inspirations other than a judiciously applied CSA-certified workboot, you mean? Not as of yet. My parents are alerted, and I'll talk to a few other folks when I return.
