I'm not disagreeing, it just seems an comment that is slightly out of place in comparison to the rest. I mean, 'optimistic, positive, strong, loves food'. Just seems odd...

It may be a result of combining the three factors. (I like it as an occasion for socializing, I'm inclined to indulge myself, and I don't get too uptight about body image stuff.)
